One of NH Hoteles main interest groups is its shareholders, with whom the Company has a relationship of sustainable value governed by principles of trust, transparency and ethics.

The relationship with current and potential investors is coordinated by the Investor Relations (IR) Department, which forms part of the Corporate Department for Investment Analysis. Its objective is to maintain a solid relationship with shareholders and analysts in order to contribute to proper decision making over NH Hoteles based on a complete and fair disclosure of information.

The principal functions of the Investor Relations Department are:

1. To represent the Company with stock market analysts and investors through regular meetings, "road shows" and conferences.
2. To present any financial or corporate event to the financial market.
3. The Investor Relations Department also has a Shareholder Information service, which any person, shareholder or not, can contact to receive information about the Company.

	Corporate Website devoted to shareholders, containing all the relevant information for investors.

	Shareholder Information service available by telephone or via e-mail.

	Database of analysts, institutional and individual investors to whom it sends relevant communications, such as financial results and information of interest for anyone who requests it.

	The "Shareholder Club", a space created to reward the support of shareholders and investors by offering them exclusive benefits through the NH World for Shareholders card.

Furthermore, as an example of our commitment to communication and transparency in our strategy of responsibility with shareholders and investors, we have considered it important to pass on information to Siri Company (Sustainable Investment Research International) and Eiris, companies devoted to the assessment of socially responsible investments.
